This workout follows the same format as Cycle 1: Ignite Cardio + Sculpt, but asks you to push the effort with heavier weights during the sculpting portions. It’s all about building strong muscle to rev up your metabolism and burn calories faster — and the only way to achieve this goal is by doing multi-muscle moves that incorporate the upper and lower body simultaneously. But we haven’t forgotten about Mini Bursts — there's still plenty of cardio here to keep you moving and upping your calorie burn.
