Building on the strong foundation you established with Cycle 1:Ignite, we’ll now challenge your muscles with targeted strength training by slowing down the pace and working with heavier weights. For even more of a push, we’ve added weights to two of the four Mini Bursts. How’s that for a way to spark your calorie burn and muscle sculpting?
