Saucha can be translated as purity or cleanliness. It is the first of the Niyamas. This practice gives us the ability to clean up our thoughts and actions, so we can refine and evolve with each movement and breath. Open with a cleansing breath, called Bhastrika. Continue to build into physical shapes inspired by eagle, dancer, twists, and hip openers to offer chances to cleanse the body and clarify the focus of the mind.
