This was soo perfect for me. It had all my favorites, forward fold, hip openers and hamstring openers. But even better was your soothing voice Kreg. What a perfect way to start my day!! I really hope you do more classes like this!
Thank you!!!

Hi moniquedupre, Thank you very much for warm comments. I have many videos on the program with similar pacing and pose integration. Hope you get the opportunity to try some of those other practices. Kreg :)

This class is an excellent balance of physical directions and subtle suggestions of how to maximize the pose. I have been doing a lot more yin practice and this flow was a great way to help me expand into hatha again where I started years ago. I found myself smiling as I reached up in these poses. Thank you for the gift of yoga today Kreg.

I woke up today after very bad night in pain due to overtraining. Having to cancel a full day hike, I felt sad and my body was hurting and stiff. Knowing I need to move it slowly a deeply, I took up this practice, and it worked!

Thank you, Kreg, for making my painful morning much more relaxed and for setting me ready for this sunny day. Now light breakfast and off for a leisurly bikeride to get my portion of "green". :) Have a beautiful day.

A wonderful way to start the morning. I've been a bit stiff and sore from some more vigorous strengthening practices, and this was a calming flow that was kind to me. Thank you again Kreg.

Thank you for all the informations :)

kregweiss, posted on March 11, 2011

Hi ureshiily, I recommend that you first receive clearance from a qualified health provider regarding participation in yoga at this stage of your pregnancy. The first trimester can be a very sensitive period for fetal development. If all good for participation, you may want to modify a few poses including:
*elevated lunge and twist - keep the knee on the floor
*for cobra and bow pose - you can replace with a knee-based upward facing dog or balancing cat pose
*closer to 4 weeks, you will want to shorten the length of time in the twists (especially the last one) and also shift to doing savasana on your side with support between your knees
