In today’s practice we will invoke the energy of Ganesha to connect to our core and enter into balance. The practice begins with Tree Pose (Vrksasana), takes you through a variety of postures that stretch your hips, hamstrings, and side-body, and concludes with a flow that moves you from Triangle Pose (Trikonasana) into Half-Moon (Ardha Chandrasana).
