In this week’s theme, we will explore and embody Adhikara, or our competence and commitment in walking the path of spiritual study.
At this point in the year, it’s normal to feel like your New Year’s resolutions have fallen by the wayside, or that you may not be living up to your expectations. In this practice, let’s let go of what we haven’t yet done and shift our focus to the small victories that emerge on our mats. As we cultivate our competence with strap-supported hamstring stretches and balance postures, we’ll discover that, wherever we are, we are right on track.
