In this class, practice perseverance, getting back up even when you fall down, with balancing postures. We’ll begin with a slow-moving, easy flow to warm up the chest, hamstrings, and hips. Then, we’ll move into a balance sequence that builds up to half-moon (Ardha Chandrasana). Close with floor-based balancing postures before ending in savasana.
