End with a yoga practice that activates all avenues of elimination in the body, through a variety of standing and seated gentle postures, along with pranayama.

Learn what a cleanse and yoga practice can bring to your body, mind, and soul. This is a great practice to return to while in the throes of detox.

Tomorrow ✓ Drink a green smoothie ✓ Begin drinking half your body weight in ounces of water. (Example: If you weigh 150lbs, drink 75 ounces of water)
