This is a fluid class that will light you up from the inside out, allowing you to burn off the old and make space for the new. Contraindications: If you're pregnant, allow for the cooling and space in your body, so do not engage in kapalabhati pranayama or intense core practice. Also, if you have high blood pressure, check with your doctor.
