Many spend a lot of their lives trying to lose weight by trying different diets and often end up in a cycle dieting, losing weight, losing will power and starting all over again with a new diet.
This session will help you change the habits your mind has created, and the relationship you have with food, to give you the determination and motivation to find and maintain the weight that is right for you.
We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to healthy weight.
