When and why do we so often fail to change and commit to healthy eating habits? Why do we find junk food so addictive? How is healthy eating so important for our minds and bodies?
We worked with nutritionists to better understand these patterns and designed this session to help you rewire your thinking patterns around food choices. You’ll learn how to replace those stubborn habits of eating junk food, snacking too much, eating excessive amounts of sugar bad fats and reinforce eating healthily.
We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways so you’re much more motivated, much more interested in eating healthy foods in order to make those changes once and for all.
