What is your state of mind when you are drinking? Mindfulness is the key to drinking moderately. Being fully conscious of your drinking, how each drink is affecting your mood, behavior, thoughts, and your body.
This session will help you rewire your thinking patterns around drinking alcohol and become mindful of when, where and how much you are drinking to manage your alcohol consumption within reasonable limits.
We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways so you’re much more motivated and much more focused on managing your alcohol consumption mindfully.
