How do we build resilience so we can bounce back from challenging times? Resilience consists of a combination of behaviors, thoughts, actions and attitudes. In this session we will be working on building resilience through commitment, control, and calmness.
We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways so you feel more resilient and have the ability to bounce back from any situation.
