Open Your Heart to Reset

Drop out of the mind and into the heart as we enter into the new year.

We will warm up with billowing chest expansion kriyas before moving into a heart-opening sequence that peaks at camel pose (ustrasana). We will close our practice together with a supportive, heart-expanding savasana. Through practicing heart openers and cultivating meditative awareness, we will start to pay attention to the wisdom within ourselves.
