This Timidity guided meditation & hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who are shy, lack in self-confidence or courage or who might hold back for fear of embarrassing themselves.
Please make sure you have listened to our introduction video at the start of this series to help understand how guided meditation and hypnotherapy works and all the benefits it can bring. If you suffer from a lack of self-confidence, courage to do the things you want, extreme shyness or have shy feelings that build into a powerful fear – you might even find yourself avoiding social situations or holding back on trying new things. This session will help you overcome your shyness and fears resulting in you feeling more confident and much more self-assured. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to being more confident to live the life you want.
