For those of us who are caregivers, it can be easy to give until the point of depletion. It is easy to forget that self-care can be experienced in the most simple of ways. A few minutes of deliberate breath, an hour without our phone, and the way that we speak to ourselves. In this meditation we will turn inward, source from the inside out so that we can show back up to those who depend on us from a place of fullness, rather than depletion.
