- 2 cups chilled nettle tea
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp goji berries
- 1 tbsp baobab powder
- 1 tsp bee pollen
- 1 tsp schizandra
- 1 tsp camu powder
- Raw honey
- Brew a batch of nettle tea.
- Strain the tea and let it cool down or put it in the refrigerator to chill.
- Add two cups of chilled tea to the remaining ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
