This meditation ventures us into the five layers of your body and mind, known as the koshas, before landing us in the space of the heart. As we rest in our heart center, we will employ a simple internal sound current as a vehicle to bring us into a deep state of listening, bliss, and awareness. As thoughts and emotions are released in this purifying meditation, we invite in the possibility to transform stagnant patterns of your being.
