Join Clara for a morning ritual class designed to shift your perspective through the king and queen of yoga poses, headstand and shoulderstand. Beneficial for blood circulation, strengthening the spine and thyroid, and providing a feeling of being grounded, these inversions also allow you to shift your perspective, seeing the world in a whole new way.

Clara will provide the steps (kramas) for headstand. Please go at your pace, practicing patience and acceptance for where you body and practice are today.
