The last of the Yoga Beyond Asana series with Troy Hadeed that hopes to bring us to the realization that an advanced practice is not in the posture, the sweat, or the heat…..but in the breathe! And not just the breath but more importantly, your relationship to it. This class is a well-rounded vinyasa practice with some more challenging variations, longer holds, and even the opportunity for some deep back bends and arm balances as long as you can maintain your relationship to breath in them. It is highly recommended that you do part one and two before this practice.
