In part two of Troy Hadeed's Yoga Beyond Asana series, Troy builds on the principles of breath, vinyasa, and union that were discussed in part one and applies it to this well-rounded vinyasa practice. This class invites you to be very mindful and continuously stay present as Troy guides you in creating a relationship to all aspects of your breath and movement. You might just feel your practice begin to change. You will sweat, move, and may even shake but all with a new relationship through grace.
