This Better Sleep guided meditation & hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who need help getting a more restful night's sleep.
Please make sure you have listened to our introduction video at the start of this series to help understand how guided meditation and hypnotherapy works and all the benefits it can bring. Not getting a good night's sleep can be caused by many factor such as stress, worry, anxiety, depression, having a medical condition, taking certain medications, as well as other factors such as a noisy environment, extreme temperatures, jet lag, shift work, going through the menopause and misuse of alcohol, caffeine and other substances. In this session we will help you set some good sleep hygiene rules around your lifestyle, help you let go of worries and anxiety before bed and create the perfect sleep zone. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to getting a more restful night's sleep.
