This Falling Asleep guided meditation & hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Please make sure you have listened to our introduction video at the start of this series to help understand how guided meditation and hypnotherapy works and all the benefits it can bring. It can be incredibly frustrating not being able to fall asleep or stay asleep and this in turn can have a big impact on your memory, mood, relationships, performance and physical health. In this session we will teach you some breathing techniques to quiet the mind, letting go of worries or anxieties to help sleep come more naturally for you. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to help you fall asleep and stay asleep more easily. We also recommend you listen to our Better Sleep for Adults session to help get a more restful night’s sleep.
