The Sanskrit word “sat” describes the true essence of being. Oftentimes, we forget our true nature and live in the realm of our false ego.
In practices this week, we will come back into the reality that that is immanent and everlasting, summoning back into existence the truth that lives in the depths of our hearts through the instrument of bodies.
In class today, we will use pranayama and breath awareness to bring attention to our side bodies and move the experience of being from the head to the heart.
