Pau d'Arco is a natural herb that comes from the inner bark of the Taheebo tree. The Pau d'Arco herb owes its medicinal benefits to chemical compounds found in its bark known as naphthoquinones. Research has found these compounds to have potent antifungal properties in laboratory studies.

  • 2 tsp lucuma
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ whole nutmeg, grated
  • 1 heaping tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 dropper fulvic acid
