Today we will build dedication to our practice (abhyasa) with a core-strengthening sequence that brings us into closer connection with our center. We begin with a pranayama exercises that will build confidence in your core, then do a series of core exercises that culminate in crow pose (bakasana).

Once we activate and anchor in our core, we will feel more rooted in the long-term, cumulative benefits of practice that reveal themselves over time.
