In this class, we will discover trust, or shraddha, in our yoga practice by rooting down with standing and balancing poses. We begin with a short mudra and mantra meditation to connect with our root chakra, then move into a flow that weaves between balancing postures such as Eagle (Garudasana) and Warrior III (Virabhadrasana III).

You will find that we must first ground in trust before eventually rising and expanding into our fullness.
