It is said that one’s true age is determined by the health of the spine. When the spine is healthy, the whole body radiates health. Health is rooted in balance and in yoga we are always looking to balance our strength (or stability) with our softness (or flexibility). In this class we will focus on poses that create spinal strength and flexibility, and allow for the softening and opening of the heart.
