Join instructor Kent Katich as he takes professional soccer player Jermaine Jones through a 30-minute yoga class designed to open the hips along with the rest of the body!

Focusing on concentration and balance, Kent skillfully guides you through standing postures and forward folds, closing with some deep seated postures. Although designed to open the hips, this all-around class will also work into your hamstrings and calves.

Kent recommends using 2 yoga blocks for this practice.
