Develop a foundation with your breath as you prepare for a flowing class that will help you learn how to link movement with breath. Through twists and standing poses you will work into your hamstrings, quadriceps, hips, and shoulders, while also releasing the muscles along your spine. Kent’s simple cues will allow you to enjoy this practice over and over again.
