Crystals are more than just an aesthetic decoration. These gems are believed to bring healing in a variety of ways, for all sorts of ailments. You can use crystals for mental clarity, focus, concentration, and just about any other general ailment.
But how exactly does one use crystals for healing? Practitioners advise placing them on specific points of the body to bring relief, sweeping a crystal pendulum or wand over the body in a healing technique, and carrying or wearing a crystal that resonates with a specific physical condition.
