Emotional Ease Meditation

Learn to become the master of your moods in this guided meditation. A part of the brain called the amygdala is triggered every time we feel a strong emotion. When we are able to label that emotion, the amygdala is deactivated, overriding the nervous system and bringing us back into a state of calm.
