Balance postures require strong will and focused intention just as much as proper physical alignment. In class today, we will cultivate our Sankalpa in the spirit of confidence and strength. This intention will serve as our foundation as we practice asanas such as Half-Moon (Ardha Chandrasana) and Star (Utthita Tadasana).
