To abide by the yogic virtue of ahimsa, or non-harming, we must not inflict pain upon others or upon ourselves. This self-violence can come in the form of our own self-doubt and limiting beliefs. In this practice, we will begin to embody ahimsa by challenging our harmful thought patterns and build a dialogue of self-love with our inner witness.
