The Booty Workout focuses on lifting and sculpting your backside! These repetitive movements will create muscles that are part of the "powerhouse" in Pilates. The powerhouse is made up of your abs, lower back, pelvic floor, and hips, along with your butt. The muscles in this area support each other so one exercise will affect the others, strengthening and toning as you move through each repetition.
