In this thirty minute class from Andrea Marcum dive right into upper body toning and strengthening. Give your shoulders, arms and core a run for their money, and come out “guns” blazing and ready to bare arms. Please note that this class has a very specific purpose, and isn’t intended to replace a longer more involved yoga practice. It is highly recommend that you have fun with this and modify as needed. Contraindications: Those with wrist, elbow and shoulder issues, please proceed with caution and take many breaks. I offer modifications that are encouraged throughout.
