Join Andrea Marcum for part 2 her Foundation to Flotation series. Along with our core, our roots are an essential foundation for our floatation. We use our knees as almost a human foam roller to better understand our hands and forearms, and the muscles and connections in them that help us root to rise. Andrea's flow here helps us to warm these and the rest of our muscles for mayurasana, and there are options for arm balances to give us a taste of where we’re headed.
Contraindications: Wrists will get stronger with practice, but listen to them if they tell you that they need a break. This flow moves along at a bit of a clip, and you might want to take breaks or sit some of it out if you enjoy a more dialed back experience.
