Cross Heart Meditation

Krishna Kaur, Master Teacher and Trainer of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, introduces us to a mantra meditation called Cross Heart meditation. In this meditation, Krishna Kaur uses the life cycle mantra Sa-Ta-Na-Ma, allowing us to find a way to align our life cycles with our inner selves bringing authenticity and creating a calm body, mind, and spirit amidst life's challenges.
