You’ve made it to the end of the beginning! In this 45-minute, full-spectrum beginners’ practice, we experience the joy of asana in action, flowing through sun salutations, warrior postures, balancing poses, seated folds and twists, and of course, breath. Finish this series with how you will finish almost every class, lying on your back, witnessing the calm that follows the practice of yoga in what many would consider the most important posture: Savasana, or Corpse Pose. As you continue on your yogic path, this will be a class to revisit over and over again.
