Rotator cuff injuries are very common in vinyasa yoga practices, as we do so many chaturangas while moving too quickly for our muscles to remain completely integrated. This vinyasa practice is geared for those of us working with a rotator cuff injury or those who would simply like to strengthen the muscles around the cuff.

Modifications for the shoulders will be given, as well as exercises that will help strengthen the back, shoulders and arms.
