Lower back pain can be crippling and can be triggered at, what feels like, random times. When we experience this type of pain, the first instinct is usually to stop everything. However, it has been proven that movement can be very helpful to alleviate pain. This slow moving hatha practice was designed to gently open the hips, side body and legs to create more space and mobility in the lower back.

Please take your time moving through this practice and listen to your own body, there may be some poses in the practice that may not serve you at this time.
