Buddha once declared that the path to the “unconditioned" -- a mental state where suffering has no purpose -- is “mindfulness directed at the body.” This requires that we cultivate an ability to pay attention, and reside in this wonderful place called the “here and now." Embody the "here and now" as you're guided through this fluid and supported yin practice.
Note: Students with lower back disorders should check with their doctors to make sure that they will be able to do flexion, twists and extension of the spine.
