Join yoga master Rodney Yee as he leads you through the ancient flowing sun salutations, a sequence of poses that has been done for around 2,500 years. The sun salutations help build strength and flexibility while increasing your mental focus and concentration. Sun salutations also stimulate your lymphatic system helping your body naturally eliminate toxins, and your lungs produce more oxygenated blood. This series of poses is considered the mother of all yoga sequences and is practiced by yogis worldwide.
