The foam roller is a dynamic surface and as such can facilitate our connection to our core muscles. This class is great for deep dynamic strengthening and core support. You can work on gradually increasing the level of difficulty with the balance work.Contraindications: Work with the most basic options first to minimize risk of falling off the roller. Please move slowly and mindfully to prevent excessive wobbling and modify the pose to make it easier if you are having trouble balancing.
