Unwind and slow down with this evening flow practice from Danielle Mika Nagel. In this sequence, focus on releasing tension in the hips and creating space throughout the body. An emphasis will also be placed on the areas of the neck and shoulders to facilitate restful sleep. Class will end with a short guided recapitulation to release the experiences of the day.
Contraindications: Wrist or shoulder issues. Precaution for knees as we will be in a kneeling position for part of the practice.
