Claire credits practicing and teaching yoga as the vital components in her journey back to radiant health. She is excited to share this with others undergoing treatment and beyond.
You'll feel revitalized as you practice with the support of others who have survived various types of cancer, from breast cancer to colon cancer. The class is suitable for all levels, even if you've never practiced yoga before.
The 60-minute practice combines energizing postures to boost your energy and build flexibility, strength, and range of motion, along with restorative poses and breath work. This practice is designed to help restore bone loss and muscular strength, all while enhancing circulation, digestion and lymphatic flow.
The 30-minute relaxation practice option is for days when you just need to dissolve stress, alleviate pain and soothe your spirit. The focus is on breathing, rejuvenating and restoring your energy.
