Tapas has many meanings including heat, fire, and discipline. It can be defined as the unwavering discipline you have to practice daily, regardless of how you feel. In this practice, we will explore tapas through building heat with ujjayi breath and a strong vinyasa sequence but at the same time maintaining an element of surrendering to the practice.

Contraindications: Wrist, shoulder, neck, neck, back, eye issues. We will be jumping through and jumping back into postures.
