S1:Ep3Meditation10 mins

In this meditation, Rodney Yee introduces four traditional sitting poses for meditation: Cobbler Pose, Hero Pose, Sage Pose, and Lotus Pose. With the understanding that you may have a different level of flexibility, Rodney demonstrates each pose with and without blocks and blankets. He offers gentle encouragement for you to continue to improve your flexibility as he slowly works through each pose. A pause is given, between poses, for you to deepen your meditative state.
