In part four of Ashtanga with Kino MacGregor, start out with sun salutations A & B and then break down and practice Navasana, Bujapidasana and Supta Kurmasana. Take the time to build the strength and learn good technique so that you can really work on these postures in the your practice. Build discipline and learn to respect these deeper postures by putting in the hard work it takes to balance strength and flexibility.
