This deep breathing vinyasa video will put you in a meditative state as you get into a flow in both mind and spirit. The key is to follow the breath. There is no sound other than the sound of deep breathing, which will get you into a rhythm of breath as you do poses such as child’s pose, downward facing dog, upward facing dog, cat, forward facing bend, flat back, lunges, planks, triangle, and warrior stances. The emphasis is incorporating the rhythm of breath with the flow of movement.
